Shipping Policy

What are the delivery costs?

  • For France, delivery to a relay point is €3 and home delivery is €5.
  • For countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, delivery is €12.
  • For Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal, delivery to a relay point costs €9.
  • For the rest of Europe*, delivery is €15.
  • For the rest of the world and overseas, delivery is €25.

    *Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican.

What are the delivery times?

On pre-order

When you place a pre-order, the item is not yet manufactured. Once validated, our workshops need some time to manufacture the products. Depending on the model, this can take several weeks or several months. The idea is to manufacture according to your needs without generating overstock and unsold items.

The estimated delivery date is indicated in the product sheet just below the “I pre-order” button. It is also included in your confirmation email and in your customer area.

Once your package has been shipped, the delivery time is 3-4 days for France and 3-8 days for abroad.

In stock

When you place an order for products available in stock, the delivery time may vary from 3-7 days for France and 3-10 days for abroad.

How do I track my delivery?

A few days before your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our logistician informing you of the upcoming delivery. If you have not opted for home delivery, you can choose a relay point near you or postpone your delivery date if necessary.

Once the package is shipped

You will receive several notifications regarding the shipment of your package:

  • An email and a text message with the tracking number of your package
  • An email from the carrier (La Poste, Courier, etc.)

If you have nothing, this information can also be found in your customer area. If you encounter a problem with the tracking, do not hesitate to contact us.
